  2. Choose (or search for) your items
  3. Tick the box next to the item
  4. Click the 'What would you like to do" box and choose Set Visibility

  6. Set the visibility for EACH of the Sales Channels in turn

Changing the visibility status of a (parent) Variation item

  1. Follow the same process as above for Single items.
  2. Please note this will NOT automatically change the statuses of the child variants (the XS blue version of that product for example). See below

Changing the visibility status of a (child) Variant item

The same methods above can be used to change the child variants statuses across multiple sales channels. However, you simply need to change what products you can see on the Products screen by customising the view.

  1. Go to Products
  2. Click the Enable Views button
  3. Click the Create and Manage Views button
  4. On the Customise Views screen, choose Products
  5. Create a view that includes 'Single Variants and Kits'
  6. You can set which products are / are not returned using the Conditions statements, for example:
  7. Save
  8. Return to the Products screen
  9. Click the Enable Views button again, and enable the View you have just created
  10. Go to that tab
  11. In this scenario, you will now see all the variant items.
  12. Continue as above/below

Finally

Ensure that each product is in a LIVE and visible category
